In my career as an I.T. business analyst, a big part of my job was to analyze and gather requirements for projects. I have learned over the many years to look at the information brought to me, and find the gaps and ask the questions others may not have thought about.
I bring the same approach to investing in real estate. I look for opportunities few others have considered.
I take risk assessment very seriously. I’m always looking for the hazards that can reduce profitability. I determine appropriate ways to eliminate the hazard, or control the risk when the hazard cannot be eliminated.
Besides I.T., my background includes time in the residential lending business and commercial construction.
I have a Georgia real estate license, and my wife and I have been investing in real estate for many years, flipping, owning rental property and purchasing tax deeds in Georgia and Alabama.
